Your support matters. There are many ways that each person can get involved.
First, you are taking a direct role in the treatment and prevention of child abuse when donating. Your donation, whether it is a cash donation, special event sponsorship or an in-kind contribution will go to support programs that aid child victims of abuse and sexual assault.
The CAC has a wish list of items which include:
- Blank Journals
- Boxed Juices and Bottled Water
- Coloring Books and Crayons
- Gel Pens
- Individually Wrapped Snacks (Goldfish Crackers, etc.)
- Nerf Balls
- New Stuffed Animals
- Trinkets for Teens (Boys and Girls)
You could also become a volunteer. Volunteers can perform a variety of tasks-depending on personal interest and CAC needs.
Become an Advocate
Become an advocate for our community’s children by learn the signs and symptoms of child abuse and how to report abuse if you suspect it is occurring. The Child Advocacy Center provides presentations on topics related to child abuse.
