The lobby hours for BenefitsPlus and OhioMeansJobs are 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday  - Friday.  

Please note that, while our lobby may be closed, documents and applications may still be placed in the drop box located in front of Building A 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 

Customers may also access information regarding applications for assistance, program information, submit documents, and access their case-related information via their Self-Service Portal (SSP) account by visiting: https://ssp.benefits.ohio.gov. Customers may also access information for the agency at www.clarkdjfs.org at any time.
